I grew up in the Silicon Valley / San Francisco Bay Area and have been a computer programming enthusiast since I was 12 years old. My professional industry experience began in 1997 during the original "dot-com boom". It has been more than a decade since then, and I have spent the majority of my career as an independent contractor at various technology startups as well as some of the Fortune 500. I am constantly honing my skill set, vigorously learning new (and sometimes bleeding-edge) technologies as they become relevant in today's technology landscape.

My core technical competencies are primarily in (but not limited to), Web Development with PHP , Object Oriented Programming, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, with a special emphasis on Content Management Systems and Electronic Commerce Systems Development.

My core organizational skills are in implementing coherent, iterative, and Agile software development processes by organizing interdisciplinary teams of talented consultants and freelancers, as well as the technical infrastructure to support them.
